These Terms of Service govern your action regarding Customer Valuation and Review Service offered by Discsport ("CRR Service, Customer Ratings and Review Service"). Insofar as there is any conflict between Discsport's Privacy Policy and these Terms of Use, these Terms of Service shall apply to CRR Service.
By sending content to Discsport, you warrant that:
- You are the sole author and owner of the intellectual property right therefor;
- All "moral rights" you may have on such content have you volunteered from;
- All content you submit is correct;
- You are at least 13 years old;
- Use of the content you provide does not violate these Terms of Service and will not cause any harm to anyone or device.
You continue to ensure that you do not send any content:
- As you know is wrong, incorrect or misleading;
- infringing any third party's copyright, patents, trademarks, business secrets or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- violates any law, regulation, charter or provision (including but not limited to those controlling export controls, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discriminatory or false advertising);
- which is, or can reasonably be considered, defamatory, shy, hateful, racist or religiously prejudiced or offensive, unlawful or illegal harassment for any individual, company or company;
- for which you received compensation or were granted compensation from any third party;
- which includes any information referring to other sites, addresses, email addresses, contact information or phone number;
- containing any computer viruses, worms, or other potentially damaging computer programs or files.
All content you submit can be used according to Discsport's sole discretion. Discsport reserves the right to change, shorten or remove any content on Discsport's website as Discsport judges, at its sole discretion, to violate content guidelines or any other provision contained in these terms of use. For all content that you submit, you grant Discsport the right to use, copy, edit, completely delete, customize, publish, translate, without compensation to you.
Discsport does not guarantee you have any resource through Discsport to edit or delete any content you have submitted. Valuations and written comments are usually posted within two to four business days. Discsport, however, reserves the right to remove or refuse to post anything submitted for any reason. You confirm that you, notDiscsport, are responsible for the contents of your submission. None of the content you submit should be subject to any obligation to be confidential about Discsport.
By sending your email address in connection with your review or review, you agree that Discsport may use your email address to contact you regarding the review status and other administrative purposes.
